Wood carving set of swallowtail knives for chip carving
If you are a woodcarver and your favorite style is geometric carving, then a set of 4 knives designed by a well-known Ukrainian carver Adolf Yurev will come in handy. The unique technique provides easy performing of geometric patterns in three cuts.
Also, these knives are basic for making volumetric chip carving with gouges and v-tools with straight and skewed blades of this line.

With regular stropping on a leather block with polishing paste, you won't need to re-sharpen for a long time. Only use sharpening stones if the edge becomes chipped or significantly dull.

We have specialized sets for young carvers (ages 8+ recommended) that are used in carving schools. However, we always recommend adult supervision.
