Standard international orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped from our facility within a 5 to 10 business-day window following order confirmation. Final arrival timelines are calculated based on shipment dimensions, total package weight, and destination country.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

Items can be exchanged for any alternative product within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, products must remain completely unused, retain all original seals, factory labels, and commercial packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation).
