OVERVIEW At Stryi-Gross Meister LLC, we stand behind the professional quality of our handcrafted woodcarving tools. Since 2008, we have been committed to providing our customers with the finest equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original professional packaging.
2. RETURN PROCESS (AMAZON FBA FULFILLED) To provide the fastest service in the United States, our inventory is managed through the Amazon Fulfillment Network (FBA). Please follow these steps for a return:
Step 1: Contact our support team at info@stryitools.com with your order number.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the address of the designated Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Step 3: Please ship the item to the provided Amazon address. Important: Unauthorized returns sent to our corporate office in Hatboro, PA, may experience significant processing delays.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS While we provide Free Shipping on all outgoing orders to our customers, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. REFUNDS & INSPECTION Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card via Shopify Payments or PayPal) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a tool that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@stryitools.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
