If you want to sharpen tools by hand, then a specialized sharpening strop will assist you.
The leather on the specialized sharpening board is rubbed with green compound paste.
During the carving process, the master repeatedly runs the blade over the leather, thereby maintaining the cutting edge in perfect condition. Remember that it is necessary to also polish the inner surfaces of the chisels. That is why our specialized strop are made for various profiles, as it has different grooves for all shapes of tools - V-tools, Semicircular gouges, sloping gouges, flat-beveled and so on.
Profile leather strop 20cm for sharpening is used for polishing, honing, sharpening woodcarving tools (V-parting, big, middle and small semicircle, straight tools), knives, razors, barber tools and others.
It's covered by genuine leather.
If your knife, razor, or chisel cuts worse, just bring it to the leather with polishing pastes and make it knife-edged again.
