The STRYI basswood blank set is a collection of pre-shaped pieces for a range of woodcarving projects. The rough outline is already cut, so you can skip the tedious prep and go straight to the enjoyable part: shaping bowls, handles, curves, and fine details.
Basswood (also called linden) is a favorite among hand carvers. Its tight grain and gentle softness make it easy to cut cleanly with knives, gouges, hook knives, and other hand tools.
4 × Large Spoon Blanks
255 × 60 × 35 mm / 10.04 × 2.36 × 1.38 in

4 × Small Coffee Spoon Blanks
170 × 17 × 15 mm / 6.69 × 0.67 × 0.59 in
Perfect for coffee spoons, teaspoons, little serving spoons, decorative pieces, and skill practice.
2 × Spatula Blanks
300 × 80 × 20 mm / 11.81 × 3.15 × 0.79 in
A great foundation for kitchen spatulas, serving tools, and custom-made wooden utensils.

I've used a variety of knives, including those mentioned most by seasoned carvers; in my opinion, this ranks up there with those. It came sharp, and it strops up easily. I've enjoyed carving with this knife.

This is a great tool and is very well made. Arrived super sharp and highly polished. It cuts very well and very smoothly. It took about a 3 week to arrive to Alberta, Canada, but for the price it was well worth the wait. Thanks!
